Clutch bad?
In this case, its probably the hydraulics and not the clutch or trans. You may need an adjustable m/c or if you already have one adjust it. Also you may need to bleed the hydraulics. The clutch itself will probably be find and its the hydraulics that need to be adjusted.
If the tires dont move then it looks like the synchro in third may be bad. I not an expert with clutches or trans but from what Ive have read, the hydraulics themselves cause most of the problems. When they dont fully release the clutch it puts added wear to the synchros and end up messin up the trans.
Anyway, I doubt its the clutch itself if its not slipping when you get on it.
