2nd gear grinds sometimes

well i just bought a 98 z28, and the car is awesome! the tranny shifts perfect no problems trough all 6 gears! but there is times and this only happens when i try and shift hard! second gear grinds a little, not all the time but what could this be! it almost feels like it want to pop out of gear! i would appreciate your help!

Sounds synchro related, especially if it only does it in one gear and not all.
