ExoSkel trashed before 3k I bought an exoskel twin disk for my 98 camaro several months ago. it has less than 3000 miles on it and they are all street miles with occasional street blasts.
On the way home one night i pulled off to get a soda and the trans started grinding going into gear. I coasted into the 7-11 and could not get the car in gear at all. Got it towed to the shop and they pulled it apart and said that one of the disks spun on the hub and stripped it out. The shop called me late tonight to tell me about it.
I called byunspeed whom I bought it from and left a message and anticipate speaking with them once they open in the morning. Anyone have any other thoughts or suggestions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
