B&M ripper shifter ?????????

Is the B&M ripper shifter one piece or can you change sticks on it....???????

One piece. The stick is about 1" shorter than stock (maybe slightly more) and is made of a super strong investment cast stainless steel alloy....I can't think of any reason to change the stick on a ripper....I really like mine!!!
