Still having Clutch problems My car has been having a problem grinding when going into third gear when the car is cold. After I drive it for ten minutes it quits grinding. MTI said it wasn't my clutch, it seamed to release fine and probably was a syncro. So I took it to a local trans.. shop, they took the tranny out and told me my clutch is bad and not releasing. The clutch is a Cartech and only has maybe 6000-7000 miles on it. He convienced me to put another clutch in it, so now I have a Spec Stage III. But, the car is still grinding when I first drive it. What could be causing this? I don't plan on paying them another eight or nine hundred bucks. I need to find a good transmission shop around League City or Houston.
