what is the proper ajustment on the stops for the B@M ripper <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

You can take them right out you don't need them or if you want to keep them in like I did use loc-tite and adjust them so when it's in 1st or 2nd gear that they just hit the shift handle just so that they take the hit of the shift and not the base plate.
