Pedal pressure is stiffer than normal, and i can't get the car into reverse at all. The gears are also pretty notchy when shifting. I have about 350 miles on the clutch so far.
If the flywheel was shaved too much would it cause these issues ???

do you have an adjustable master? you might need to bring it out some, after my clutch got a few hundred miles on it i had to move it out some to get it to go in and out of gear.

ok i am clueless when it comes to this. Where is the adjustable master and which way do i turn it. I thought it was somewhere under the dash, Do i need to remove a panel to get to it.
Remove the panel. Follow the clutch pedal to the top. Observer the clip holding the pedal onto the rod end. Remove and set aside. Since space is VERY limited here, use needle nose pliers ( one handed ).
The McLeod unit ( I have, not the RAM ) is adjusted by loosening the rod nut on the rod, then turning the rod. Towards the steering puts the pedal closer to the floor. Towards the floor puts the pedal higher. Once you have it, retighten the rod nut, and reinstall the clip, then panel.
