Experts - How Much Shim?

Experts - How Much Shim? I need to shim my slave this weekend on my GTO. It's not fully disengaging
I made two shims,
Thickness:
0.187"
0.120"
Which one should I go with? I'm leaning towards the thickest.
If I'm thinking correctly, and I WAY overshimed, I could blow the slave if I press the pedal to the floor or something
But I don't see this as excessive. I called RPS and they sell their shims at 0.200" (I have an RPS clutch)
What do you guys think? BTW I'll be putting in a new slave as well.
