1. bleed the slave
2. insulate the clutch hydraulic line between the slave and master and move it as far away as possible from any exhaust pipes. Heat messes with the viscosity of the fluid and causes a mushy pedal.
3. if those don't work, I'd suggest replacing the master and slave. Get an adjustable master.
<strong> When you say "stick", do you mean the clutch pedal is sticking to the floor? If so, that isn't a clutch issue, its a hydraulic issue.

I doesn't return all the way to the top, I just pulled the knee bolster off and I did find that my clutch return spring is broken again for the 3rd time. But this has never felt like this before when it broke in the past. I am calling dealers now to try to find 1 and hopefully this is the problem.
