Is this a stock clutch disk?

I was told that it was a centerforce clutch...The PP that was given to me does say centerforce but I'm thinking that this is a stock disk...

I just pulled that same number out of a 94 LT1 yesterday. It has a 41 in front of it. After some research, I think is actually one that would fit a truck with a T5. Since these were made a new part has supersceded them. BTW, the kid i pulled it out for had 10,000 miles on his and he was on the rivets. He even is a pretty good stick driver and he doesnt really race it either.
