Possibly air in hydraulics??
Possibly air in hydraulics?? Well i replaced my clutch master and slave recently and bled the system and it seemed alrite.. but now when i press the clutch while moving in first and go to move it to second i get some resistance. Like it hits a wall right before it goes into second, but then with a little bit more pushing down it goes. At higher rpms it does not really want to go in at all. If i clutch, put it in neutral, release and then clutch again and shift it into second it is much smoother than the direct shift.
Just wondering if this is a common symptom of air in the system or if im looking at another problem...

Lemme guess, Spec clutch?
Spec's are notorious for notchy shifting up top. If that's not the brand you used, try going and picking up a vacuum pump or "Mity vac" pump and sucking air out of the system that way. Thats the best way to ensure all the air is evacuated from the system.

Sorry, no, its an LS7 clutch on a low mileage 02 t56 from a camaro and im only running about 370 rwhp , its the stock shifter... after driving it tonight it shifted great at all RPMs... what gives..
One day it feels like the shifting is going to ****, the next everything is as smooth as you could ask for? No place around here had a "mity vac" can you suggest something else i can use.. there is a Sears hardware, harbor freight, and anything else around here i just do not want to buy the wrong thing.

Do you have an Advanced Auto Parts or Autozone near you? They rent out of the vacuum pump you need, and it's very simple to use. Will bleed the whole system in 5 minutes.
