Default maybe syros?

So car has had some hard 41,K miles on it i got that. Its my dd and when im on the interstate it wont go into 6th gear smooth at all i have to try it like 6-8 times before it will go. I have the pro 5.0 shifter but i tried adjusting it a couple of times but i really dont think its that. If its the sycronizers(bad spelling) how much you think im looking at here to get them fixed? thxs everyone.

It really depends on who you have do the unit . Most shops average between $750-$900 for a basic freshen up .

mine does the same thing, but for 2nd gear and i was told it was the syncronizers. you could prolly get away with replacing just those, but i mine as well replace the main components. and its gonna run you a grand on average depending on what you want done and if they are takin the trans out. well good luck man.
