Car Won't Move
Car Won't Move Just did a complete t56 conversion. Bleed the slave. Started the car and pushed the clutch in put the car in gear and it didn't move. The clutch is a used Spec 2. The trans will go into all the gears with and without the clutch pedal pressed. The pressure plate did get rained on a week before I put it in the car and I noticed alittle rust on the hinges or wutever you would call the pieces that are on the outside of the pressure plate. What could be my problem? Need help asap! Thanks
Its possible I guess . How does the pedal feel ? Sounds like either the slaver cylinder is stuck pushing the fingers in or it was installed incorrectly . Either way , you have a clutch problem and it will probably have to come back apart .

did you shim the slave? Spec's sometimes require a shim. bad idea putting a used spec in a car with an unturned flywheel. get ready to take it back out cause it's gonna chatter like hell.
