Default Crack Bleeder During Slave Install?

What's up. I'm installing a new GM slave cylinder. Should I crack the bleeder on the slave cylinder before I slide the tranny back in? Or before I hook up the hydrolic line? Or do I not touch anything and just bolt it in, hook up the line, bleed and shut up?

crack the bleeder. I found it makes pushing the quick connect on much easier. Don't put the line on until you get it bolted up. If something happens and the tranny comes out there is a good change you will break the slave line right off.
