Default Clutch problem (long)

I got out to the track for a little practice. I think I'm getting better but it seems a have a new problem with the car. I ran three times before I called it quits. The first run felt pretty good but after I got through the traps I noticed that the clutch pedal was down on the floor. I was able to just pull it back up and it seemed to work fine on the return road. On the second run the same thing happened and I noticed that although my 1/8 MPH was better than the first run the 1/4 was much worse (?slipping). The third run I couldn't shift into 3rd (I didn't miss it I just got some grinding and then backed off). I'm not sure if the clutch is slipping or there is a hydraulic problem. The clutch is a SPEC stage 3 carbon with about 4000 street miles and about 25 track runs. The hydraulics were all updated with the newer GM parts and the drill out mod was done by the guy who installed the clutch. I checked the line from the master and it is no where near the headers (read that this can cause overheating of the fluid) and the fluid looks like new. Do you guys have any ideas?. BTW, on the drive home from the track the clutch was fine and I even tried to get it to slip but it wouldn't. The times are below:

Thanks for the ttt LBCSS.

Chef, I sent this same info to Ken. Guy talked to the SPEC people and it is probably a combination of clutch slipping and hydraulics (my mistake: the hydraulics were not upgraded when the clutch was put in-they just did the drill out mod). Anyway, I've got a new stage 3 with the x-disk and billet flywheel coming, as well as, a new master/slave setup. Guy tempted me with the stage 4 setup but I still drive the car on the street about 5000 miles/yr.

Thanks, Ken
