Default Clutch Fluid

I found these instructions http://www.rangeracceleration.com/Clutch_Care.html in the FAQ for clutch sticking.

I thought when you changed your clutch fluid you had to bleed the clutch, is this not the case? Also if I were to need to change my fluid say 5 times to clean it out, how many bottles of dot4 fluid might that be?
Thanks.

Also is there a vendor where I can purchase just the clutch hydraulic line instead of doing the drill mod?

This is one way to swap fluid without getting to the bleeder valve. It takes a long time and doesn't necessarily get the fluid all the way at the slave. You would need to siphon and replace the fluid in the resevoir at least 5 times. One pint of fluid should be more than enough to do that.
