New, never installed BMR -TCC021R. This is the way I bought it, that is, the torque arm bracket and bolts are not included. Please be aware, as I was NOT when I bought it, that it ONLY fits the 98 -02 GM Fbody(Camaro, TransAm, , Formulas) and does NOT fit the 93 - 97 Fbody as I thought it would. Price does not include shipping. This part allows you to mount a 4L80E transmission to your car and bolt your torque arm to the cross member rather that have the torque arm on the tail of the transmission. The piece for sale is the red one on the left in the picture. In the picture, I put it beside my old black BMR cross member that is for mounting a TH350 to a 93 -97 beside the 98 - 02 cross member so you can see the bolt flanges are spaced differently.
