I thought I would post a recap of some media coverage. In addition to the Holley video, there were also a few articles written about the car.

Scott Parkhurts also wrote an article about the perfect vehicle stance in Timelessmuscle:

Over the weekend I gave the Cougar a Penetrol make-over. Pretty happy with the results. Don't hesitate to ask for more pictures.

The car now has fully functional electronic power steering (EPS). It is speed sensitive and offer more assist while going slow and less assist as the vehicle moves faster. This is don'e automatically (no adjustment *****).

Andrew, long time fan buddy-always loved your work. your GTO served as a benchmark for me while I was(still am) building my '69 442. I've been combing through several posts where you discuss the EPS with Waid786 and others and would love your opinion on some things if you don't mind.

My biggest question before I go down this rabbit hole, is how does it feel? I've heard all the auto journalist from Motortrend to Onetake consistently bash EPS for years on "feel". Now, I'm coming from a '98 Grand cherokee mod and a stock pump with the turn one flow reducer valve-it still feels overboosted and slightly vague. I want better than that obviously but a full turnone or Lee system hits hard at a grand-I'd rather spend that on DA Varishocks. What are your overall impressions, especially since you got the variable assist working properly(and the return to center issue it seems).

My car runs 285 NT-05's up front and in an ideal year I'd get about 4-6 HDPE events a year in at Blackhawk Farms or Autobahn-the rest obviously street driving. In your opinion, do I keep the jeep box and add the EPS, or put in a manual box(16:1 I think is the fastest)? I'd like to keep the 12:1 power box if I could, but any thoughts you had would be nice.

I'm very capable with Arduino's-the car has two in it already and I have the Canbus shield for a pair of E60 M5 seats(looong project).

Oh geez, sorry man, I was searching for your posts on the topic but didn't realize this was a for sale thread. The cougar looks totally bomber, wish I had more room in my garage cause I'd buy literally anything you've wrenched on!
