Description:
From Craigslist:
I have a 2000 Isuzu Hombre (like an S10 or Sonoma) for sale. Clean title, no accidents. The body and chassis have around 185K miles, it was LS swapped at around 170K. The motor is an LS6 383 built by LME in Houston with forged internals, Patriot stage 2 heads, LS2 timing set, SLP oil pump, nitrous-ready and more (details below). The transmission is a T56 Magnum with a Monster stage 2 clutch on 18lb flywheel. It's lowered around 3 inches on Belltech springs and Viking coilovers with tubular front A-arms and lowering spindles. The brakes are powder coated candy green, taken from a 2002 Camaro. The interior has a double din stereo with a stealth amp/sub behind recovered Firebird seats, Autometer gauges and more. It's plastidipped Black and Blue, but the paint underneath is in decent shape with sun fading on the roof and DS fender, the hood is new and freshly painted to match the original green. The truck has more than 14K miles on the LS swap and that will continue to rise as I drive it.
Motor:
LME 383 with 11:1 compression, forged Callies crank, Mahle pistons and forged rods (can't remember, it's in the paperwork), 3.905" bore, 19K miles on the motor, I have the original paperwork for the motor.

There's so much to this truck. A few notes, the A/C is nearly complete. There's a leak at a schroeder valve at the accumulator and it needs a high PSI shutoff switch. The lower radiator hose is a bit long and needs a trim, I have a shorter one but haven't installed it yet.
I took the truck on the 2016 power tour, drove the whole way and had no issues. It's fast, doesn't catch a lot of attention until you pull past a 5.bro. I'm selling because I'm wrapping up another project and need to downsize for the space. Price is $9,995 OBO, but I won't give it away. Plenty more pictures, 228-243-3833.
