I recently purchased a 79 Corvette and the previous owner had installed a GM Vortec 350 crate motor. I'm told it only has around 500 miles on it since it was new and it runs good. No oil leaks, plugs are clean, etc. It's a good engine, I just don't want it.

New, the engine lists at ~$3,100. I'm asking $2,000 OBO (reasonable offer). I'd also be willing to swap it for a complete/good working LS1 T56 transmission. I'm in Phoenix, so factor that in as shipping would not be included in the price (though I am willing to ship).
