I went to C7 fan with PWM and Dominator so no longer needed...
Includes the temp sensor - metric to fit LS block. I had it in the passenger rear port so you can still use your factory sensor for ECM.

I used it to save my fan control outputs from the terminator.
You can control Hi and Lo fans along with AC input to kick fans on with AC.
