 Repairs performed:

-       Battery replaced  (2014)

-       Replace catalytic converter

-       Replace transmission fluid/filter  

-       Replaced fuel pump (noisy & gas gauge not working) 

-       Replace top (worn & back window gone)  (Stayfast, Hartz material, heated glass back window)

-       Replace both rear axle shafts  (badly worn) 

-       Replace both rear wheel bearings & seals (noisy), Replace rear axle spider gears  (badly worn) 

-       Refill rear axle with synthetic gear lube 

-       Replace turn signal switch (doesn’t cancel)  

-       Weld broken rear seat anchors (both) 

-       Replace both sun visors 

-       Replace missing console lid 

-       Replace fuel filter  

-       Replace O2 sensor #2 

-       Repair steering column tilt-latch mechanism  (was very loose)

-       Repaired turn signal switch 

-       Fix intermittent “Reduced Engine Power” problem (throttle control connector intermittent)

-       Fix P0420 DTC problem  - installed new O2 sensor #2 and extender

-       Fix leak in convertible top bypass valve  (replaced valve)

-       Repair power-top pump leak 

-       Fix horn  (2016 – replaced turn-signal cancel cam, Dorman 83232, broken ear on horn wire sleeve)

-       Repair front parking lights & turn signals (both sides) 

-       Repair third stop light 

-       Find/fix engine noise at 1500 RPM under load  (exhaust pipe hitting catalytic converter heat shield)

-       Repair right headlight eye-lid 

-       Repair both headlight lift-mechanisms) 

-       Replace spare tire (T125/70R-16 Hankook S300 SL) (2021)

-       Replace all 4 road tires  (225/70-R16 Arizonian)  (2021)

-       Replace defective remote-entry key fob  (2021)

 

NEEDS:

          Valve-cover seals replaced (leaking, common problem on these V-6’s)

          Left-front fender crack repaired (fiberglass job)

          Right power window motor replaced (have included new motor in trunk)

Parking brake repair (not sure of problem)

Front & rear bumpers clearcoat starting to come off

Rear edge of driver’s door chipped from opening against something (garage wall?)
