For the life of me I always thought you needed to use something other than OEM on AFR’s. However looking at the AFR 230’s at the foot notes, it just has a disclaimer about OEM rocker and aggressive springs. I’d probably sold these 5x over by now for my lack of not knowing that.
Heads have valves and springs, just disassembled to clean up is all.
Believe these are a porter casting as the end of the head clearly has AFR branding but just says CNC instead of AFR P/N. If they started with 225 castings and 65cc chambers I think they’d be considered small bore but a 2.08 valve will fit a 3.90 bore and up.

Perhaps Ed Curtis did not use the AFR 8019’s or were they even around in 2009 lol? That’s the time stamp on these heads when original owner purchased. They only have 1000mi. on them in that timeframe. There was mention that Ed may have used some race spring whatever that may be as it seems not logical on the cam profile. A current generation dual spring would certainly suffice.
It’s clearly the diameter that’s the issue not height. In fact I could probably take the LS9 spring and throw it on there with the exhaust rocker from a set of 823’s I have for a picture sake.

Weekend bump and clarification on springs.
They are Kmotion K-800 springs.
If someone were to want to use these with OEM rockers I believe the AFR 8019's are what you'd be after in place of these.
Added some items I’d also consider for trade or partial trade inestimable post
