Description:

Volant open air cleaner system. Not exactly sure what it's called, it has a half dozen names online
This fits 98-02 LS1 F-Bodies, Camaro's and Trans Am's 
This came on my 2000 WS6 but I just changed it back to Ram Air at great expense
I know the mileage on it is under 4k and both filters are still clean 
AC Delco intake air temperature sensor is included and installed 
It's fully assembled and complete except for the connector for the air pump filter. It was cracked and crumbled when I took it off.  Should be an easy find in the Dorman rack at your auto parts store.

$175 plus the ride. 

Local Pickup is free of course if you find yourself near zip 11738
