Description:
Have an L92 Long Block from a 2007 Denali, non-AFM, with about ~80k miles.
Includes everything pictured; I do not have the pushrods. This was a warranty removal in 2010; what the original seller told me is that #7 was worn slightly out of tolerance and made some noise so the owner brought it in.
I purchased in June of 2010 with the intent to swap into a project car; unfortunately it seems that will not pan out. I’m active duty and have spent nearly half that time overseas; instead of continuing to move it place to place; I’m listing for sale. It has been stored inside of bags, in a garage or shed for the last 13 years, periodically opened up, spun over and having the cylinders coated in a protective film.
Any loose carbon you see is from the protective coating removing some of it. Engine spins freely, cross-hatching is still visible on the cylinder walls.
I’m going to have the engine open for another couple of days (until about the 4th of JAN); if you want any additional pictures please ask. After that I’m going to re-bag it.
I am willing to close up the crate it is on, and ship if coordinated by the buyer. Otherwise willing to meet within 100 miles of 42223. Price is OBO, please feel free to make me any reasonable offers; I will need to sell this before my next move in 3 months so I am open minded.
For the time-being, I will not be selling the heads separately. However, if someone buys the short block, the heads will then be available for a separate sale.
