For sale is a 2000 Firebird Formula Hardtop with 6 speed manual transmission. Car currently has 148xxx miles on it, but is driven occasionally so it will go be going up.

This car was used by the Holley R&D team to develop all of the Hooker Blackheart 4th gen product line, so it has nearly the fully Holley 4th gen catalog at it. This includes the Hooker Blackheart true dual system, which may just be the best all around sounding exhaust I have heard on one of these cars for a car to be driven daily or road tripped. 

Performance modifications include a 2006 GTO t56 which has close ratio gear box (same as c5z06) vs the standard gear rations. The GTO T56 also includes triple cone synchros vs the fbody double cones. The engine has unknown cnc ported 243 heads that were on the car when I bought it, along with a TSP Torquer V3 on a 113LSA, and an LS6 intake. The car made 410rwhp @ 5800rpm.

Visually the car is a good 8/10. It does have small marks here and there as expected from a car that is 24 years old. This car was ran in autocross and HPDE events, so there is paint wear/rock chips in the expected places. Interior is a clean tan interior, with the normal door cracks, and other normal wear/tear including a bare spot in the carpet under the throttle pedal.  The car does have an aftermarket dash cap that does not fit very well, but works. 

The radio has been replaced with a stock unit that has been modified to include a Bluetooth module.
The steering wheel has been replaced with a Driven Motorsports wheel on a MOMO hub. I still have the stock uncut clock spring and good condition wheel that can be installed / included with the sale.

Suspension is handled by Koni Yellows with UMI Road Race springs. Braking is done via Gen 1 CTSV 4 piston brakes with stock pads for minimal brake dust. Rear braking is stock with parts store pads. Rear suspension is DSE equipped lower control arms, sway bar and panhard bar, while the front suspension rides on rebuilt stock lower control arms, UMI upper arms, and an Eibach sway bar.
