Wtf! Ok, so i just had a day from hell at work. I worked overtime in the pouring rain, soaked to my underwear at a job i absolutely ******* hate. Now, coming home from work, my ******* car is at it again. Its been fine for 2.5 months. I haven't taken it to the track, barely beat on it, hell, i've barely driven it. Maybe 2k miles on the new trans. As i'm coming down mannheim, all of a sudden the car starts upshifting and downshifting randomly. It'll accelerate up to 40, then downshift and drop top 30 and rev. I limp the car to my street. I'm doing 10mph sitting at 1400rpms and the car is just constantly jumping back and forth from 1st to 2nd. I pull into my cul-de-sac, and i'm talking to my trans builder. He tells me to put the car in reverse, so I do, and boom, no reverse. Now I have to have the car towed back to him
i dont know who your trans guy is but if it only has 2k on it he should fix it.
Also, if for some reason the trans is not the issue. It maybe a computer problem. If the trans is auto which it does sound like it is, the condisation (sp) may cause your computer to **** up, especially with the rain but either way good luck.

just talked to my trans guy...he's picking it up tomorrow, he said he's gonna get it in and out as fast as possible and he'll take care of me. he says he doesn't think anything is broke because its all hardened parts
yes, it's a racebuilt 4l60e with a 3800 stall made of billet

thats what my buddy said happened to his stang, it was the speed sensor. it got wet and wasn't tightened in all the way, and it made his car feel like his trans was complete garbage
