Oklahoma Guys!!! Where in the hell do you guys hang out around the OKC area? I've been here about a year, finally got another LS1, but don't know of any local F-body (or otherwise) hangouts. Help!

Oh and "39th" in Bethany is Nw 39th Expy, Historic Rt 66 correct? Maybe I could meet up with someone and they could show me around. Thanks again!

i have very loud exhaust on my gto and they have never bothered me. i have been going up there for about 4 yrs now. if you do go to 39th do not go threw the parking lot of the carl jr's on the east end of the strip. the cops will sit at the north end of the motel parking lot behind the fence. and give you a ticket for driveing through private property.
i usually hang with all the gto gang at sam auto, it is all in fun and i am 50 yrs old. my wife keeps telling me i am in a mid life trying to be young again. all in all if you watch your speed and just sit and let all the kids withe ricey 4 bangers get all the tickets. oh yea if you want to go and see money races you can go to nw expressway about 4 miles north, go to council and there is where you will find alot of gathering of some very fast cars. this will start around 11:00 pm and can go up towards 2-3 am. i hope to see you and some of the others up there sometime... come and stop by as we do not really care what you drive. it is not uncommon to see some mustangs,porsches,cobalt ss's and more parked with us... to me it is all about a bunch of car guy's and gal's getting together and shoot the crap.

Couple of questions. Where the hell can you buy race gas around this place? LOL. Secondly, I was cruising earlier tonight (8:30pm-ish) on Eastern Ave South of 240 and NOTHING! Please tell me I don't have to go ALL the way up there to run into some F-Body guys!

Why is there nobody to race around here? I go out on a beautiful Sunday and Monday night and not a soul to be found. Back home in Baltimore it could be 19 degrees out and a bunch of cars will still be out.

We need to organize something in the OKC area. Not a car club, per se. Just a list of hangouts. If someone feels like cruisin on a Tuesday evening, he should be able to go to a certain place and meet up with a couple other Fbody guys. Or do we not have enough people in the area to do that?
