You have 320hp and are putting a 28" tire on it? Why?

Car won't be seeing the track for a long time. My tires right now are shot. My car is gonna use these tires as a mock up and then the car will sit all winter. In the spring the car will be getting a built rear with either 3.89s or 3.90s and full suspension. After that, I'll be looking to build the motor and spray it. I'm setting the car up to handle the power it will be making. The car never street races, so I'm not concerned about killing my speed on the street, etc.
