fabbing 9" for Fbody just curious, does anyone know what it takes to fab up a ford 9" to fit under a fourth gen? does the width need modified any? what brackets do you use? anything else?

Buying used 9" stuff is good and bad. Make sure you price out the cost of the torque arm bracket, yoke, pinion nut etc.
I just bought my old 9" back from the guy I sold my Formula too, and I paid up a bit for the (used) stuff since I was the last one to make passes on it.
I've see used center sections with yoke, no torque arm bracket for as cheap as $450, and as much as $800.
