need help.....
need help..... hey guys well i think i put this thread in the right area but if not mods please move thank u. well i am going to have to pull my motor on my 2000 trans am and i have been reading alot of threads on it and im going to pull it threw the bottom. i just wanted to see when i start this project if anybody in the area that knows how to pull it if u guys can come and help. since this is the first time i am doing this. any help i would really be thank full for. im located in des plaines IL. ok well i just have one question so far the threads i have been reading it says that i have to take off my y-pipe but i really cant do that since the headers i bought were used and the guys cut the collecters on them. so when the long tubes went in the collector was so short that i had my y-pipe welded to my headers so if i take off my y-pipe then my headers are junk. is there a way to still drop everything threw the bottom of my car with the headers and the y-pipe still attached and of course the my catback will be disconnected. any info i will be thankful for
