Default help a fellow ls1techer out

Is there anyone in the Shelby Township Michigan area that could help me out getting to this last spark plug in the way back on the passenger side? I have been trying for hours both from up top and below with no luck at all.

Hey Stew,

Unfortunately I'm not from around that area, but have you tried removing the coil pack rail?

If you haven't, check out this walkthrough http://www.installuniversity.com/ins...sity/index.htm
it shows exactly what you need to do. Hope this helps.

Oh the joy of changing plugs on a ls1. Buy some longtubes and it will make your life a lot easier.

ahh yes I remember those days?
Yes Lt's and that wonderful "K" Member, a k member should be one of the first mods.

But yes removing the coil packs and or from the bottom help tremendously! Try using an open end wrench on the sparkplug socket for fitment, that helped me a few times.

Goodluck
