Question about emissions in Indiana.

Question about emissions in Indiana. Does anyone happen to know if it is legal to have your exhaust dumped before the rear axle in Indiana? I am due for an emissions test and I am worried I will fail because of that.

Do we even have any testing for emissions in Indiana? I guess we might in certain counties but I know mine does not have any testing.
If we did probably 75% or the cars and trucks would not be on the road anymore lol.
