Default Any recent feedback on Billy Briggs?

Hey guys,

I'm 99% certain that I'm going to have Briggs rebuild my shortblock. Just doing a stock freshen up rebuild (hone, rings, bearings, etc).

I've called a couple other places, but after talking to Billy himself, I'm very comfortable with him. Seems like a very nice guy. Plus I've read some good stuff here and there about him, and its been positive. Some of it was a bit older info though.

Does anyone on here have any recent experience with him? Looking to drop the engine off to him in a few weeks.

Thanks!!!

Funny you should post right now. I am getting my shortblock back from him this week. Kinda morphed into more than just a quick rework.....but doesn't it always!! LOL. Ended up going with forged rods and valve relief pistons. I heard that he hurt his leg, but I didn't know how bad it was.
