* Looking for LS2 engine builder in Illinois *

I'm new to this site but am looking for an engine builder to build my LS2 that is going in a rock crawling buggy. I am located in central Illinois and would like to find someone with in a couple hours of me.

+5 on AES. They did all the block/heads machining work on my 383 and put together the short block for me. Over 4k miles and 11 or so passes at the strip with no probs.

Thanks for the nice words, but we would also send someone looking for LS work to AES (or another competitive shop). We try to avoid V8s since we're so busy with the import stuff we've got coming in.

Just ignore the the 632 BBC we've got in right now...

Straightline did my lq4 in my rock crawler and did a nice job with it.

I just talked to Brian at AES Racing about replacing the LS2 motor in my 944 and I am impressed. I will definitely be using them... Fair pricing and easy to talk to. A genuine concern for my situation, and that counts for a lot.
