I have a 99 trans am ls1 6 speed love the car, just removed egr system and installed some fuel rail covers love the cleaner look, but need to get the egr tuned out so no check engine light, can anyone let me know where I can get this done. I live in NW IL. and nothing around here unless your tuning a diesel. Any help would be great.

I agree. It will be a mail order tune of course but little chnages like that will be no problem for a mail order tune. Most people do mail order tunes then get a real dyno tune when they have some serious power. But you'll be good with a mail order tune.
