Lots of available housing in the Olathe area and you would not be far away from Lenexa.
Overland Park and Shawnee are nice also. Lee's Summit, had a co worker who lived there and he said 29 miles to the S end of Lenexa. Tho depends on where ya need to go.

We lived off 119th and Antioch in OP. Really nice area, great schools and convenient to everything. But the way it's built up around there most areas are. The only things that bugged me was the traffic.
