My car has been there over a month getting a 370 iron block built/installed and will be done this week so I can share some more info on the quality once I actually get the car back. The stock motor blew on their dyno @ 10# of boost. I was referred to them by a few people and have heard good things about them so that's why I went there to get my tune done....it just so happened that when it blew they became my shop for the engine build as well.
Edit: I just realized who you were as we previously talked about a possible trade on my FRC, did you end up deciding to keep your GTO and what kind of work are you looking to have done at MC?

No I pulled the trigger and got rid of it. I miss it ALOT but wanted something more drag racing set-up so I got a Fully built trans am now. It has a D1 on it currently and it came with a brand new F1 head unit in the box I want to install along with fixing a few things here and there...Guys over on ls2gto said to stay away from them well basically everyone in KS except 814....lol

A kid called Justin does their tunes. He's pretty damn good. He tuned my gto when I had it. 461/423. He's done well over 100 cars. He knows his stuff.
Iv'e never heard of 814 but their probably not in KC.

I don't have any personal experience with them but heard decent things about MC. I lived right down the road from them but never got a chance to stop in before moving. Check out KCSR.org also, there's more local action there.
