Thumbs up roll cage

has anyone bought the 8 point weld in roll cage from midwest chassis??? any pictures or suggestions....there chromoly kit is only 575 plus frieght and just got to get it welded in thoughts???

purchashed and they did the install on mine and its great. very nice and tight but i was still able to get my head liner back installed. fixed bars to me are no big deal as well and provide a bit more strength.and nice fitment between door bar and dor panel. just watch your fingers as you close the door.

your build its so similair to mine did you run 11.04 is that what scr 11.04 means?

thanks again for the info i wouldnt mind having them install it but my buddy is a certified tig welder and he only charges beer lol

Lol yea beer is cheap. No the SCR is my static compression ratio. I posted in my signature so I can't forget it. Best I've had mine is 11.75. Didn't get any good cold air runs last year with wife being prego and due in oct. I'm hoping to dip below 11.50 this year and consistently running high to mid 11s even in summer heat

oh ok lol i didnt know any of that...i dont get how you find out those ratios im just a weekend mechanic
