New Member from KC, MO checking in! Hey, Just making a post introducing myself here. I'm new to the whole performance upgrade aspects, so I'm still learning a lot.
A little about me:
I'm 28, Married with one child.
I drive a truck on a local route here in KC, mainly go to Whiteman AFB and back.
I actually live east of Independence on 24 Hwy.
A little about the project:
Car: 1988 Mazda RX-7 Convertible
Motor: 5.3 out of an 02 Silverado
Trans: 4L60
Goal: 425 HP N/A when I drop it in, then looking to put a turbo on in a year or two.
Since I'm new to the whole scene, can anyone tell me who locally that I can have do some of the work if I feel overwhelmed? Tuning, head rebuilding, etc... any advice at all would be great. Anyone here do their own tuning?
