Engine builder Saint Louis. Hey guys hoping someone has any contacts for a reasonable engine builder in Saint Louis or surrounding area. I just bought a DD and looking to give my SS some much needed TLC. I have found a machine shop that will bore to 4.005 to accept the pistons but he does not assemble. That being said this is not a crazy build I'm really just looking to install a 364 combo from Texas speed, just trying to make the motor bullet proof for a cam only set up. I have looked into assembling myself and I am on the fence about it at the moment, I would love to do so and learn some new info in the process but for now I'm researching this route. Unless anybody wants to help me build this lol
And if anyone recommends AMT I have got a quote from them they wanted almost 2k with me supplying all parts.
