I'm in the Flint area all us car guys park & hang out on Friday & Saturday nights on Dort Hwy at J&S auto salvage, Sunoco & some at Autozone Dort & Richfield. Pretty nice neighborhood lol! Line up a few races usually. I got a 2000 Camaro SS with a few bolt ons

Hmm I might have to make my way down there 1 weekend, be nice to know the spot before I got then being for out of town. Flintwench you going to play tour guide ?

Yes that's just a beautiful area lol. I'm not far from there...I should head over there sometime

Never thought of coming to the regional forums.....Lansing area here.
I have a 2006 cts-v with the Ls2 on a 150 shot of nitrous, kooks longtube headers, 2.5" straight exhaust to the back.
Will try to make it to the next meet.

Lapeer Dragway is having the last Opie race of the year Saturday October 3 should be a good one! I'll be there, gates open at 8 am racing starts about 11.

Checking in from Alto, MI. Previously owned 1998 Z28 and 1998 T/A. Currently have 2001 T/A WS6 auto (31K miles) and 1964 Tempest Custom post car with 2000 T/A LS1 4L6E 3:23 posi.

Soooooo....i just purchased a VRX5 cam with BTR 0.660 dual valve springs w/Ti retainers. I have never done a job of this sort and would like to know if anyone can do this for me, offcourse i will pay for labor.
I will be helping as well. I am mechanically inclined, but not an expert on LS engines.
Any ideas?

Yo. Just bought a 2002 SS. I got big plans but a thin wallet. But winter is here and I will start accumulating parts. Hope to see some of you around. I also hang out in Flint. Can't wait for next year..
