I had a Toyota dealer send mine out under warranty and they did a crap job.
I haven't had this done for a re-do yet, but I'd try 4 Wheel Parts. There are a few ringing the City. I've gotten some heavy-duty parts from them and they look like they have a legit shop and would definitely know where you can get this done by a quality operation. (If they can't do it for you in their facility.)
