Default Broken spark plug help!!

Afternoon all,

I’m in the south suburbs of Chicago and have a broken spark plug on ls6 02 z06. Of course it’s near the firewall passenger side.

I know Speed and FLT really would like a suggestion for a mechanic relatively close on the SouthSide of Chicago? Or if anyone has any tips on removal too?

please inbox me

The C5's and 6's are way easier to remove the spark plugs than a Gen 4 Fbody. Sounds like you broke off the insulator but you can still use a ratchet with a short extension and 15mm deep well socket to break it free and remove it. Here's some advice. "Always start the plugs by hand using a short peice of 3/8" rubber hose as the last thing you want to do is booger up the threads on the cylinder heads".
