Well I went to the doctor today for a follow up for an appointment from 4 weeks ago. I gained another 6 pounds in 4 ******' weeks.

That brings me to a grand total of 32 pounds gained since I quit smoking almost 6 months ago.

I guess this could be decent grounds for buying a tubular K-member and A-arms for the T/A to counter out the weight I have gained.

 

well join the crowd. I actually started running again to lose some damn weight, but it's worth it to quit smoking.
