Anyone from Michigan?

There's a couple other shots of the street... I think it's pretty awesome. The first two houses are amazing, the one to the left of "my" house is too... and the one across the street is the best out of all of them. I think if I could put some work into the house and bring it up to the standards of the other houses on the block, I could really make a nice profit off of it when I sell it in a few years...
the white one has a single room upstairs that is 27X12...
I'm thinking turning that monster room into 2 beds and a bath -- making it a 4 bed, 2 bath house. Should do wonders for value.
The yelloe one is the smallest and cheapest of them all... but it's right across the street from a schoolyard -- great for football games in the summer time

All houses I have posted are 3 bed, 1 bath.

Madison Heights sounds like the best choice IMHO.
BTW,
Sterling Heights here

Plus Madison Heights is just a sprawling residential block after residential block... in Ferndale or Royal Oak I would be within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and most improtantly - bars

But, I can't afford a whole lot, so I might have to settle for it.

You got me there. R.O. and Ferndale have many hot spots.
Good luck with your new home. I know that home ownership was the best purchase I ever did with the WS6 being 2nd.
