Default Please Pray for me...

....In a couple hrs I'm taking my SS for OBDII testing.
Mods in the sig - the car is ultra quiet but only for a 90-yr old deaf grandma )
It was tuned, but occasionaly it throws "random misfire at low rpms" code PO300. The light goes away after a few startups, and Im sure the readiness codes finaly clear too. It's been 2 month with no code thrown, and I hope I can pass this sucker. (F10 cam, no cats, XR-1 muffler, MAC headers with ORY)

Yesterday I took my 1995 V6 3.4L Camaro that has 143,000 miles, since it's not '96+ I had the sniffer test. It almost failed the Hydrocarbon test. I passed by 0.006 (ppm, or grams, or whatever they use)

If you pull the PCM BAT fuse in the underhood fuse box, you can completely clear your PCM out, but you have to do it when the car is on- it will shut off. Plug the fuse back in and go. Hope this helps.

The code will be cleared, but that will trigger the readiness codes, in which case I'll have to drive it some more (different temps, speeds, rpms) to have them go into "all good" mode.

Yes he did, but even after he did, it still threw an SES light.
I seem to be having those "signal spikes"
It's not tuning, it's my crappy TB porting. I screw it up. I think AIR/IAT hoels are too small, and the idle chokes

Don't pull the fuse, it will store the code and will come up on the test. Just drive it around, and if no codes come back, you should be fine to take it in.

Well, just came back from the OBDII testing. I passed with flying colors. I didn't reset the code. As long as it dissappears on its own, and then you drive some more without triggering it again (aka READINESS CODES clear) then you'll be good to go.

I got scared, because the guy smiled and tuned in his ear when I was driving in. We ended up talking about soccer (the guy was italian) He got the readings printout, looked at the passing result and said "Helllava tuning you got here" - guy cant be fooled, but the machine says "PASS" so it is what it is

Tuning Credit: RedHardSupra on this forum (His name is Marcin)

MOD AWAY PEOPLE, then tune it, and hit the smog **** camp !

Not a good comment from a moderator (that what it says from your website). Sponsor bashing is a no-no. I have seen FLP fix many a tunes over the years from other shops.

Yes, I am a moderator. In fact, of the midwestern forum to be specific. I know Phil and it was an inside joke. I would appreciate you not jumping to conclusions

Glad to see you finally started to obey the rules for signature pic size.
