4l60E transmission Hey fellas, I have a stock v6 camaro that supposedly has a 4l60E tranny.....the same code as an LT1 or LS1 tranny....paul and I were talking about this last night and we were wondering if this was actually the same 4 speed.....i mean, if i were to put an LT1 in my v6 car....would it bolt up to my tranny, and can the tranny hold the power??
please explain the differences....paul said something about the bell housing, but to my knowledge, they are both 10 bolts...
sorry, i don't know anything about transmissions either, so any input on how they work would be great...try to dummy it down for me
