Default 0W30 in the summer?

Can I run 0W30 in the summer? If not what should I run? 5W30?

I burn 30 weight up pretty quick. I use 0w40 in the winter and mix that with 20w50 in the summer.

5W30 is only thicker at cold start up.They're both 30 weight at operating temperature.
