Would i pass the test with, borla, QTP's, ORY, and the MS3 cam?

as long as you arent blowing any codes you will be fine i have kinda the same mods takes like 5min for the test they dont make you run it on the rollers they just plug it in that is if your 97 and up i think

I passed with Edelbrock LTs, bullets off the collectors, then dumps with my MS3 cammed Camaro. If I can pass, you will definitely. All they do is scan for the OBD readiness codes. No SES=No problems

'96+ OBDII cars are scan only tests.

Any mods (seriously, any) will pass as long as the factory OBDII PCM is retained and tuned properly for the mods (SES light shut off for ORY and P0300, etc.).
